Jed Anantasomboon

Jed Anantasomboon has been in real estate for over 10 years and is currently working as an Originator for Academy Mortgage. Jed’s corporate background include working as an SVP managing over 200 employees in servicing & default and managing regional operations for a large mortgage company.

He has been a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America since 2014 and is the 2018 Dallas chapter President. He will serve as the 2019 Mortgage Committee for AREAA National.

Jed is also the founder and chair of the Dallas Asian American Cultural Center. The project includes developing and donating the cultural center to the City of Dallas. The project also includes 175 unit apartment complex, 20,000 retail space, and 13,000 grocery store in Downtown Dallas. The total estimated cost of the project is 60 million. The project is expected to break ground late 2018.

Jed has also served the City of Dallas as a Zoning and Planning commissioner for 3 terms. He also held a seat on the Rules committee and Subdivision committee for the City of Dallas.
