Jonathan Lawless

As part of Fannie Mae Single-Family Strategy and Marketing, I’m responsible for developing solutions to address challenges in access to credit, affordable housing, as well as solutions to support mortgage lenders and servicers.

I led the development of several key offerings from Fannie Mae, including HomeReady, our flagship affordability product, and FM Connect, an end-to-end, dynamic reporting tool for our customers.

Previously, I worked as Fannie Mae’s Vice President of Analytics, where I leveraged analytical resources across the firm to influence key pricing, underwriting, and portfolio management decisions. I also work with 2Seeds Network, a non-profit group that does agricultural development in East Africa.
