NAMMBA TERMS AND CONDITIONS


1. REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Submission of an online registration is regarded as a firm booking and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Payment in full must be received at time of registration. We accept payment by through our online payment platform at NAMMBAConnect.org and by check.

2. PRIVACY

The personal information supplied in connection with this booking will be held by NAMMBA as a record of attendees and parties expressing interest. By registering for this conference the parties concerned are agreeing that the conference organised may use that personal information to contact them by email, direct mail, telephone or fax, in order to supply information relevant to this conference, or about other conferences, events and opportunities that the organizers are planning and feel may be of interest to them. The organizers may also share this information with its partners and event sponsors in order for them to contact the delegates about other products and services which may be of interest to the delegates. If you do not want your details to be used in this way, please contact NAMMBA by letter or email to confirm this.

3. CANCELLATION

3.1. Any registrant wishing to cancel their booking must notify NAMMBA in writing by sending request by email to: (subject line) NAMMBA Cancellations at registrations@nammba.org. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: - Up to 60 days before the event starts: $50 processing fee plus any credit card surcharges. 3.2 fee incurred within 60 days to the event start date is 50% of the registration fee plus any credit card charges. 3.3 Cancellation within 30 days of the conference are non-refundable. 3.4 Refunds will only be processed to the credit card or bank account of the individual, organization or institution from which the payment was received. Should payment have been via check you will be contacted to confirm your current mailing address, and a check will be mailed to you. 3.5 Credit card surcharges are non-refundable.3.6 On-site registrations are non-refundable.

4. SUBSTITUTIONS

Send requests by email to - "Registration Substitutions" at registrations@nammba.org and include a $50 processing fee. In order to guarantee that your name will appear on the final registration list, your substitution request must be received 60 days prior to event start date.

5. CHANGES AND POSTPONEMENT

NAMMBA reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings at any time. In the event of it being found necessary, for whatever reason, that the conference is being postponed or the dates being changed, the organizers shall not be liable for any expenditure, damage or loss incurred by the delegate. If by re-arrangement or postponement the event can take place, the booking between the delegate and the organizers shall remain in force and will be subject to the cancellation schedule above.

6. LIABILITY

Views expressed by speakers, sponsors and/or exhibitors are their own. NAMMBA cannot accept liability for any advice given, or views expressed, by any speaker, sponsor and/or exhibitor at the conference or in any material provided to delegates. In addition, NAMMBA shall not be responsible or liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of the services or information provided in connection with the event

7. INSURANCE

It is the responsibility of the attendee to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. NAMMBA cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

8. PHOTOS & FILMING

By registering for and attending an NAMMBA event, you agree that your image and voice recording may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, web sites, social media, live-streaming, webcasts, and other marketing and educational purposes.  Attendees who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers in writing prior to the event

9. WEBSITE & LINKS

The conference and associated NAMMBA websites may link to other websites and networking tools provided for the convenience of the users. The contents of these websites are maintained by their owners, for which NAMMBA takes no responsibility. Neither can responsibility be taken for contents of any website linking to this website.

10. SOLICITATION DISCLAIMER

NAMMBA does not publish e-mail addresses or phone and fax numbers and is not responsible for phone calls, faxes or emails sent to registrants by third-parties using lead generation software or other mean

11.ATTENDANCE

Your attendance at any NAMMBA Conference is, at all times, at the sole discretion of NAMMBA. NAMMBA reserves the right to refuse entry to you to the NAMMBA Conference, or to request that you leave the NAMMBA Conference, without notice for any reason whatsoever.  If this occurs, then a refund of the registration fee will be facilitated in some circumstances (at NAMMBA’s sole discretion).You must at all times comply with: these terms and conditions; any terms and conditions imposed by the (Host Venue); and any reasonable direction given to you by NAMMBA, the venue host, or any of their employees, agents or contractors.

12. GENERAL

We reserve the right at all time to change, amend, add or remove any of the above terms without prior notice If one or more of the conditions outlined in these Terms & Conditions should be or become invalid, the remaining conditions will continue to be valid and apply. These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants of this event, including speakers, sponsors and exhibitors.
